With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

Hassle free returns
We try hard to have a complete selection and great prices, but most importantly, we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. As such, almost all of our products can be returned for a full refund of the ticket price within 30 days of purchase, provided they are still in new condition and with their original packaging.If products are returned used, damaged, or without their packaging, we reserve the right to charge a restocking/refurbishment fee to make the product salable again or, in rare cases, refuse the return all together. For footwear, we recommend wearing new shoes and boots around your house until you are sure the fit is correct. Once shoes have been worn outside or show wear they will no longer be returnable for a refund.We do not pay for return shipping. However, if we have made an error in the shipment (shipped the wrong product or a defective product) that requires a return or exchange, we will issue a return shipping label to get the product back and ship the replacement for free.

Wolf Tooth CTRL Trail Clipless Pedals are designed for unparalleled control and support for all-mountain riding with flawless clip-in/out performance. No other SPD-compatible trail pedal has a large platform (941 mm²) that contacts the shoe and locks in the shoe like these.
CTRL Trail Clipless Pedals are simultaneously lighter (326 g) and thinner (15 mm) than all other trail mountain bike pedals with an exceptionally low stack height. The thin profile means better cornering clearance, while the open center between the binding cages increases mud shedding ability.
The CTRL Trail Clipless Pedals have adjustable Q factor in 4 mm increments. Inside the pedal is a stainless steel axle, three bearings, and two spacers. Spacers and bearings can be rearranged for Q factors of 51, 55, or 59 mm. This is simple enough for anyone to do at home. A spacer kit including four 2 mm spacers is available for purchase to further fine tune Q factor adjustment.
