Orders placed before 3:00pm EST will generally ship the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or on recognized holidays will generally ship the next business day.
For Standard Shipping, orders will typically arrive 5-10 business days from the date of shipment.
For Priority Shipping, orders will typically arrive 3-5 business days from the date of shipment.
Delivery arrival times are estimates only and may change based on order volume or other circumstances, like weather-related delays.

Orders over $100 qualify for free Standard Shipping, applied one time per outbound order. Free shipping offers are applied to the order total after any promotions or credits are applied, exclusive of taxes and other fees.
Estimated Shipping Timelines and Free Shipping Offers do not apply to:
- Products shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories
- PO boxes & APO addresses
- Pre-orders or back orders
- Items that must be sent by ground or freight because they are oversized, hazardous, or flammable.
Shipping Restrictions by Delivery Method
Certain hazardous or flammable products, like those containing lithium batteries or compressed air, can only be shipped via ground delivery and are only able to be shipped to the contiguous United States, they cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, any US territories, or internationally.
In most cases, we are unable to ship oversized items unless arrangements have been made with the Shop in advance. Oversized items include, but are not limited to: complete bikes, bike frames, bike wheels, travel cases, kayaks, kayak trailers, SUP boards, crash pads, cargo boxes, certain car racks, truck bed storage, indoor bike trainers, and rooftop tents. These items will show as unavailable for shipping at checkout. Returns
At Arcadian Shop, we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. Most purchases can be returned for a full refund of the ticket price within 30 days of purchase, provided they are still in new condition and with their original packaging.
If products are returned used, damaged, or without their packaging, we reserve the right to charge a restocking/refurbishment fee to make the product salable again or, in rare cases, refuse the return all together.
For footwear, we recommend wearing new shoes and boots around your house until you are sure the fit is correct. Once shoes have been worn outside or show wear they will no longer be returnable for a refund.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless we have made an error in the shipment (shipped the wrong product or a defective product) that requires a return or exchange. In such cases, we will issue a return shipping label to get the product back and ship the replacement for free.
