Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

Hassle free returns
We try hard to have a complete selection and great prices, but most importantly, we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. As such, almost all of our products can be returned for a full refund of the ticket price within 30 days of purchase, provided they are still in new condition and with their original packaging.If products are returned used, damaged, or without their packaging, we reserve the right to charge a restocking/refurbishment fee to make the product salable again or, in rare cases, refuse the return all together. For footwear, we recommend wearing new shoes and boots around your house until you are sure the fit is correct. Once shoes have been worn outside or show wear they will no longer be returnable for a refund.Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless we have made an error in the shipment (shipped the wrong product or a defective product) that requires a return or exchange. In such cases, we will issue a return shipping label to get the product back and ship the replacement for free.

The Army Leather Patrol is a warm, durable 5-finger ski glove with clever functions.
The Army Leather Patrol builds upon the same robust concept as Hestra's Heli Ski model, but is designed to be worn under the jacket sleeve with a comfortable neoprene collar that encircles the wrist. Fingers and palm are made of impregnated goat leather with outseams that provide comfort and a sensitive grip, while the backhand is made with flexible and weather-resistant softshell fabric.
A fleece liner with synthetic insulation keeps fingers warm even in low temperatures, and can easily be removed to wash or dry. You can also replace the insulation with a thinner liner to adjust the warmth if you are hiking and sweating more. A wrist strap reduces the chance of dropping the glove if you take it off to adjust your equipment.
