With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

Hassle free returns
We try hard to have a complete selection and great prices, but most importantly, we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. As such, almost all of our products can be returned for a full refund of the ticket price within 30 days of purchase, provided they are still in new condition and with their original packaging.If products are returned used, damaged, or without their packaging, we reserve the right to charge a restocking/refurbishment fee to make the product salable again or, in rare cases, refuse the return all together. For footwear, we recommend wearing new shoes and boots around your house until you are sure the fit is correct. Once shoes have been worn outside or show wear they will no longer be returnable for a refund.We do not pay for return shipping. However, if we have made an error in the shipment (shipped the wrong product or a defective product) that requires a return or exchange, we will issue a return shipping label to get the product back and ship the replacement for free.

Swix HS7 is ideal for normal winter conditions below freezing, offering high performance and good durability.
High Speed (HS) wax is specially developed for younger racers and the ambitious leisure skier. These glide waxes offer high performance and good durability, making them an affordable option for both competition and training. The hardness of the wax makes it easy to work with, allowing you to achieve a good end result. Swix HS7 is suitable for both training and racing.
To apply HS7, the speed of the waxing iron should be approximately 8–10 seconds for a skating or alpine ski. The wax can be reheated after cooling to room temperature (10 minutes) for better durability. It is important to use a good waxing iron to melt the wax efficiently. HS7 can be used as a racing wax alone or as a base wax for other racing products. Recommended waxing iron temperature: 150°C.
