With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
We try hard to have a complete selection and great prices, but most importantly, we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. As such, almost all of our products can be returned for a full refund of the ticket price within 30 days of purchase, provided they are still in new condition and with their original packaging.If products are returned used, damaged, or without their packaging, we reserve the right to charge a restocking/refurbishment fee to make the product salable again or, in rare cases, refuse the return all together. For footwear, we recommend wearing new shoes and boots around your house until you are sure the fit is correct. Once shoes have been worn outside or show wear they will no longer be returnable for a refund.Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless we have made an error in the shipment (shipped the wrong product or a defective product) that requires a return or exchange. In such cases, we will issue a return shipping label to get the product back and ship the replacement for free.

Hestra Leather Balm is specifically produced for sports and ski gloves and prevents leather drying out so it lasts longer.
This product contains natural ingredients known for their softening and preservative properties: beeswax, lanolin, carnauba wax, and neatsfoot oil. The Leather Balm also makes the leather more water-resistant.
Use: Apply with a polishing cloth or rag. Rub in a small amount and repeat until the leather is saturated. Test on a small patch before rubbing into the whole glove. Light leather may darken somewhat.
Important Note: Hestra recommends only using Leather Balm on sports gloves made from goatskin and cowhide. Do not use Leather Balm on deerskin, elk leather, hairsheep leather, peccary, or carpincho leather. These leathers are not as absorbent and may become sticky and mottled.
