With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
We try hard to have a complete selection and great prices, but most importantly, we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. As such, almost all of our products can be returned for a full refund of the ticket price within 30 days of purchase, provided they are still in new condition and with their original packaging.If products are returned used, damaged, or without their packaging, we reserve the right to charge a restocking/refurbishment fee to make the product salable again or, in rare cases, refuse the return all together. For footwear, we recommend wearing new shoes and boots around your house until you are sure the fit is correct. Once shoes have been worn outside or show wear they will no longer be returnable for a refund.Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless we have made an error in the shipment (shipped the wrong product or a defective product) that requires a return or exchange. In such cases, we will issue a return shipping label to get the product back and ship the replacement for free.

The Pro Cassette Removal Set is a combination of the Pro Cassette Removal Chainwhip and the Pro Lockring Tool.
This set combines two of the tools needed for cassette installation and removal. The Pro Cassette Removal Chainwhip features an 11-speed compatible chain and is intended to hold the cassette firmly in place while using the Pro Lockring Tool to loosen the cassette’s lockring. The Lockring Tool is also intended for tightening the lockring which holds a cassette in place on your hub. Both tools feature hardened steel constructions, long handles for increased leverage, and dual compound grips for comfort.
