With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

Hassle free returns
We try hard to have a complete selection and great prices, but most importantly, we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. As such, almost all of our products can be returned for a full refund of the ticket price within 30 days of purchase, provided they are still in new condition and with their original packaging.If products are returned used, damaged, or without their packaging, we reserve the right to charge a restocking/refurbishment fee to make the product salable again or, in rare cases, refuse the return all together. For footwear, we recommend wearing new shoes and boots around your house until you are sure the fit is correct. Once shoes have been worn outside or show wear they will no longer be returnable for a refund.Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless we have made an error in the shipment (shipped the wrong product or a defective product) that requires a return or exchange. In such cases, we will issue a return shipping label to get the product back and ship the replacement for free.

Supple Lite Bar Tape is designed to provide comfort and grip for long days in the saddle on rough terrain.
It is tacky, soft, and has a clean look when wrapped and finished. At 2.5mm thick and 40mm wide, it is a slimmer option that has a distinctly different feel. EVA foam compound absorbs vibrations and conforms to your hands for greater comfort. The soft, tacky texture keeps your hands from slipping in all weather conditions with or without gloves.
Installation is straightforward, with 3M adhesive backing to keep the tape securely in place. The thickness can be adjusted from 2.5mm to 5mm based on the amount of overlap. It fits all road bike drop bars. When wrapping, avoid overstretching the tape to prevent tearing. To get a feel for optimal tension, stretch 25.4cm (10") of tape to 29.2cm (11.5"); the max stretch is 30.5cm (12").
