Hammer Nutrition's HEED Sports Drink is a non-acidic, subtle-flavored alternative to traditional sports drinks, packed with complex carbohydrates and a complete electrolyte profile.
HEED is naturally light and refreshing, devoid of artificial ingredients and tooth-decaying citric acid. It is complemented by a balanced, full-spectrum electrolyte profile. This formula contains essential nutrients that balance blood sugar, buffer lactic acid, and ensure long-lasting energy.
HEED 2.0 is updated with tapioca maltodextrin derived from cassava, which is a superior energy source and is Paleo friendly. All other sports drinks are often high in sugar, salt, and citric acid, but not HEED.
Mix 1 to 1.5 scoops with 355 to 591 ml (12–20 oz.) of water, depending on temperatures. Sip continuously during exercise. In hotter climates or during prolonged activities, add one form of Endurolytes to your HEED.
