The Adirondack Paddlers Map provides a detailed view of the entire Saranac Lake Chain, the Fish Creek Ponds Area, and the Raquette River to Tupper Lake.
Part of the Adirondack Paddler’s Map series, this map is made from waterproof and tear-resistant material. It features full color, shaded relief, and a topographic map at a 1:31,250 scale (approximately 2.5cm to 0.8km). The map measures 46cm x 61cm (18"x24") when open and folds to approximately 10cm x 23cm (4"x9").
The map clearly shows private land, state land, and wilderness-designated lands in different colors. Mountains are depicted with shaded relief in addition to topographic lines, and the map uses metric measurements. It includes up-to-date portages, trails, and numbered campsites, along with UTM Grids. This is the 2nd edition, published in 2018.
It covers Upper, Middle & Lower Saranac Lake, Fish Creek, Rollins Pond & Floodwood Road Area, the Raquette River from Stony Creek Ponds to Tupper Lake, Lake Flower & Oseetah Lakes.
