Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.

Hassle free returns
We try hard to have a complete selection and great prices, but most importantly, we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. As such, almost all of our products can be returned for a full refund of the ticket price within 30 days of purchase, provided they are still in new condition and with their original packaging.If products are returned used, damaged, or without their packaging, we reserve the right to charge a restocking/refurbishment fee to make the product salable again or, in rare cases, refuse the return all together. For footwear, we recommend wearing new shoes and boots around your house until you are sure the fit is correct. Once shoes have been worn outside or show wear they will no longer be returnable for a refund.Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless we have made an error in the shipment (shipped the wrong product or a defective product) that requires a return or exchange. In such cases, we will issue a return shipping label to get the product back and ship the replacement for free.

The Swix HF6 Cera Nova High Performance Glide Wax is ideal for temperatures ranging from -6°C to -12°C (21°F to 10°F).
The standard HF6 recipe has proven highly effective and is continued as HF in the Cera Nova range. It is a very popular wax both in alpine and cross country skiing, showing good properties on artificial snow in addition to natural, transformed older snow.
The recommended iron temperature is 145°C (293°F). The speed of the iron should be approximately 8-10 seconds on a skating or alpine ski. The wax can be re-heated after cooling to room temperature (10 minutes) for better durability. It is important to use a good iron to ensure efficient melting of the wax.
