Ingredients:
Precooked Dehydrated Red Beans, Precooked Long Grain White Rice, Tomato Powder, Dehydrated Onion, Potato Starch, Dehydrated Chili Pepper, Sea Salt, Cane Sugar, Dried Tomato, Corn Starch, Dehydrated Garlic, Ground Cumin, Oregano, Cayenne Pepper.
Preparation Instructions:
1. Remove and discard oxygen absorber. 2. Add 1 1/4 cups (300mL) of boiling water. 3. Stir well, seal pouch, wait 8 minutes. 4. Stir again, reseal, wait 7 more minutes. Rehydration time doubles every 5,000 feet of elevation gain. The directions are set for 5,000 feet.
