Pre-cooked long grain white rice, freeze-dried pre-cooked white meat chicken, freeze-dried parmesan cheese (parmesan cheese (cultured part-skim milk, salt, enzymes), disodium phosphate, salt), whole milk solids, potato starch, dried mushroom, dried roasted garlic, tomato, apple cider vinegar powder (maltodextrin apple cider vinegar, modified food starch) sea salt, dried onion, dehydrated garlic, butter (sweet cream, salt, annatto color), nonfat milk solids, sodium caseinate and disodium phosphate), parsley, ground black pepper, thyme, basil.
Preparation Instructions:
1. Remove and discard enclosed oxygen absorber. 2. Add 420mL (1 3/4 cups) of boiling water. 3. Stir well. Seal and let sit for 8 minutes. 4. Stir again, reseal, wait 7 more minutes. Enjoy! Rehydration time doubles every 5,000 feet of elevation gain. Directions are set for 5,000 feet.
